About the wine
A Côtes du Rhône from winemaker Xavier Vignon, one of the most respected in the region. A traditional cut of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre — the so-called GSM, the formula behind the great wines of the southern Rhône. Dark ruby color, aromas of raspberry, black cherry, licorice and Mediterranean herbs (garrigue). Concentrated fruit on the palate, firm tannins, spice on the finish. A red full of personality, serve between 16°C and 18°C, in a large glass for the aroma to open.
