About the wine
A Brazilian Syrah made in Campinas by Walachai — wine of our own, close to home. Syrah here is the right grape for the climate: it likes heat, gives concentrated fruit and spice. Dense violet color, aromas of blackberry, black pepper and a smoky base from oak. Full-bodied on the palate, firm tannins, surprisingly fresh acidity for the climate, a spiced and long finish. A red for a robust dish, serve between 16°C and 18°C.
