About the wine
A Douro red by Duorum, a project of João Portugal Ramos with José Maria Soares Franco — two heavyweights of Portuguese winemaking. A traditional Douro cut: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional. Dark ruby color, aromas of ripe red fruit, spice and a mineral base typical of the region’s schist. Structured on the palate, firm tannins, fresh acidity, a long finish. A red for a robust dish, serve between 16°C and 18°C.
