About the wine
A modern Rioja by Bodegas Exopto, Tom Puyaubert’s project blending Garnacha, Tempranillo and Graciano in a classic regional cut. Cosecha is the house’s youngest version, but it has soul. Deep ruby color, aromas of black cherry, licorice, Mediterranean herbs and an earthy base. Structured on the palate, firm but well-mannered tannins, vibrant acidity, a long and slightly mineral finish. A Rioja that asks for a serious table. Serve between 16°C and 18°C, decant.
