Vitrea Andes Rosé

An honest entry-level Chilean rosé, a cut of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah — three reds that give color and fruit without weight. Coral-pink color, aromas of fresh strawberry, watermelon and an herbal breath from the Cab Franc. Light on the palate, dry, crunchy acidity, a short finish. An afternoon rosé, for a weekend lunch, a glass after work. Serve between 8°C and 10°C. Works with a robust salad, light seafood and a charcuterie board.
