About the wine
A charmat-method sparkling from the Serra Gaúcha, a base of Chardonnay with Pinot Noir. Fine perlage, citrus aromas of pear and green apple, a discreet base of toasted bread. Dry on the palate, well-marked acidity, a short and clean finish — made to open the table, toast and keep drinking while the starter arrives. Serve well chilled, between 4°C and 6°C, in a flute. Good value-for-pleasure for the start of the evening.
