About the wine
A rosé from Provence — the region that wrote the manual on the style. Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault in a classic blend, brief winemaking, no prolonged oxygenation. The characteristic pale-pink color, aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and an herbal base of thyme. Dry on the palate, mineral, vibrant acidity, a clean finish. A serious rosé, for those who understand that rosé is not a sweet wine. Serve between 8°C and 10°C, in a large glass to open the aroma.
