About the wine
A Cabernet Sauvignon from Luján de Cuyo, a classic Mendoza terroir whose altitude and temperature swings give the grape structure. Deep garnet color, aromas of ripe cassis, black bell pepper, eucalyptus and a base of cedar from oak. Full-bodied on the palate, firm but well-mannered tannins, vibrant acidity, a long and spiced finish. A serious Cabernet — it asks for food to match: game, ribs or aged cheeses. Serve between 16°C and 18°C, decant 30 minutes ahead.
