La Marchesana Primitivo IGT

An organic Primitivo from Cantine Polvanera, a vineyard certified in biodynamic conversion. The same Puglia grape, but with cleaner winemaking: indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfite, no animal fining. Deep ruby color, lively aromas of fresh plum, cherry and herbs. Crunchy fruit on the palate, soft tannins, fresh acidity for a Primitivo. A wine for those who care what’s in the glass and how it got there. Serve between 16°C and 18°C.
