Walachai Blanc de Blanc Brut

A sparkling made in Campinas by Walachai — wine of our own, close to home. One hundred percent Chardonnay, traditional method, second fermentation in the bottle. Delicate and persistent perlage, aromas of green apple, brioche and a citrus trace from time on the lees. Elegant on the palate, precise acidity, a mineral finish. A gastronomic sparkling: it holds a starter, a light main and even grilled fish. Serve between 6°C and 8°C, in a wide coupe or a flute.
