Walachai Blanc de Blanc Brut

A sparkling made in Campinas by Walachai, wine of our own, close to home. One hundred percent Chardonnay, traditional method, second fermentation in the bottle. Delicate and persistent perlage, aromas of green apple, brioche and a citrus trace from time on the lees. Elegant on the palate, precise acidity, a mineral finish. A gastronomic sparkling: it holds a starter, a light main and even grilled fish. Serve between 6°C and 8°C, in a wide coupe or a flute.
