About the wine
A Chilean Sauvignon Blanc from the Central Valley, vinified in stainless steel to preserve the fruit. Frank aromas of passion fruit, lemongrass, Sicilian lemon peel. Sharp on the palate, crunchy acidity, a mineral finish, no barrel at all. An honest white, no frills — made to accompany a starter and carry on through the table. Serve between 8°C and 10°C, in a narrower glass to concentrate the aroma.
