About the wine
An Italian sparkling from the Veneto, a base of Glera (the Prosecco grape) with Trebbiano and Verduzzo. Aromas typical of nashi pear, white flowers and ripe apple. Light on the palate, creamy perlage, moderate acidity and a slightly sweet finish, it leans toward extra-dry. A table sparkling, unpretentious, good to share and keep the conversation going. Serve well chilled, between 6°C and 8°C. Pairs with Mediterranean cooking, light fried food and fresh cheeses.
