About the wine
A Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile, selected parcels. Deep ruby color, aromas of cassis, ripe bell pepper and a base of cedar from brief time in oak. Polished tannins, medium body, a slightly spiced finish. A red that fits the workweek — not too heavy for lunch, but with structure to accompany red meat. Serve between 16°C and 18°C, a half-bottle for two or for a well-served prix-fixe lunch.
