La Marchesana Fiano IGT

An organic Fiano from Cantine Polvanera, the same house behind our Primitivo, made from grapes grown in the Macchia di Gatto vineyard on limestone soil in Puglia. It ferments in stainless steel at low temperature, then rests three months in tank and two in bottle before leaving the winery. Intense aromas of honey, banana and apricot. Medium-bodied, with a savory touch and a fresh finish, it goes well with seafood and pasta in creamy sauces. 12.5% alcohol. Serve between 8°C and 10°C.
