About the wine
An Argentine Chardonnay from Mendoza by Marchiori & Barraud, the family project working high-altitude wines. Aromas of ripe pineapple, butter and discreet vanilla from time in oak. Creamy on the palate, medium body, acidity still firm, a buttery finish. A classic Chardonnay, no excess of barrel. Serve between 10°C and 12°C — too cold kills the aroma. A wine for a main course of poultry or pasta in cream sauce.
