Chardonnay e Prosecco (Glera)
Serra Gaúcha · Serra Gaúcha, Brasil
- Bottle (750ml)129
About the wine
A luminous Brazilian sparkling: Chardonnay with Glera, the same grape as Prosecco. Fine perlage, aromas of white peach, Williams pear and a floral base. Dry to brut on the palate, fresh acidity, a clean, short finish — made to accompany, not to dominate. A good opener for the evening, a toast or the first glass before the food arrives. Well chilled, between 6°C and 8°C. A wildcard: it pairs with most cold starters.
