About the wine
A Chilean rosé in a classic cut, Cabernet with Syrah, brief skin contact. Pale salmon color, aromas of strawberry, watermelon and a breath of rose petal. Round but dry on the palate, firm acidity, a finish of ripe red fruit. Versatile — it works with a starter, a robust salad and even a lighter main course. Serve well chilled, 8°C to 10°C. A good half-bottle for an unhurried weekend lunch.
