About the wine
A high-altitude Argentine white, an unusual blend: Semillon gives body, Chenin Blanc brings nervy acidity, Pedro Ximénez (yes, the Sherry grape) adds a floral, sweet-fruit trace in the background. Aromas of white peach, discreet honey and white flowers. Full but dry on the palate, saline acidity, a long finish of dried fruit. A serious table white that likes time in the glass. Serve between 10°C and 12°C, in a larger glass.
